Private Dining

Group Bookings

Make any size gathering special. Our space is perfect for Family Get-Togethers, Birthdays, Bachelorettes, Christmas, Large Office Parties or any occasion and outing. 

Availability: Year Round

Capacity: 14-52 seated (half private)

  • Enjoy an exciting, chef-driven dining experience

  • 3 Family style menus to choose from 

  • A (custom) 3-course menu option is available upon request

    • Reservations with NO minimum spend are available at select times only 

    • Reservations with NO minimum (5:30 PM or earlier, and 8:15 PM or later) are subject to a 2-hour time limit 

    • Prime dining times between (5:30 PM – 8:00 PM) are subject to a minimum spend

    • Guests are seated at tables of 8–12, fostering a communal dining experience.

    • Guests are seated immediately upon arrival (no cocktail space available).

    • This is a semi-private reservation with a room divider, however the restaurant will still be open to the public.

    • 14-20 Guests: 

      • Order from our a la carte menu or enjoy one of our family style menus or request a 3-4 course set menu 

      • $65/$75/$85+ per person (food only) 

      20-30 Guests:

      • Minimum spend requirement for select dining times

Crazy Hour Groups

Round up your crew, dive into hot pizzas, and toast with cold drinks! It’s all about good food, great company, and making the most of the afternoon.

Availability: Year-Round (2-5pm only) 

Capacity: 12-30 seated

Features:

  • Perfect for catching up, celebrating, or just enjoying the afternoon with your crew.

  • Plenty of space to gather, share, and make the most of happy hour together.

    • 12-20 guests: $1000 

    • 20-25 guests: $1250 

    • 25-30 guests: $1500 

    • Happy hour pricing (2-5 PM) is not available for groups over 12.Any reservation over 12 guests is considered a large group reservation.

    • Large group bookings are evaluated individually, with multiple package or buyout options available to suit your needs.

    • Reservations for large groups are only available to start between 2:00 – 2:30PM.

    • Maximum seating time is 2.5 hours.

  • Our venue offers options for private groups. We can seat up to 80 people or have a cocktail reception standing for up to 120 guests year-round. The front or rear dining spaces be sectioned off for private events (1/2 buyouts).

  • Our restaurant buyout pricing is based on the opportunity to accommodate our guests and provide an incredible experience. The buyout rate grants you access to the interior and exterior of the restaurant. We offer semi-private room, 1⁄2 buyout, full buyouts & late-night buyout pricing packages. 

    Our buyout rates are as follows, during our peak months (June, July, August, Sept) prices can fluctuate depending on group size, space and availability. Here are our listed buyout base rates and available buyout days. Please note prices can fluctuate depending on group size, space, availability and time of year. We ask that you inquire through email to get an accurate estimate. 

    Wednesday — Sunday 

    • Full Buyout: $15,000 

    • 1⁄2 Buyout (front + walk-up bar + patio): $8500 

    • Semi Private full buyout (rear dining room): $4800 

    • Semi Private 1⁄2 Buyout (front + walk-up bar, no patio): $4500 

    • Semi Private 1⁄2 Buyout (rear dining room): $3500 

    If the patio is booked in as part of your buyout, it’s best to factor in the weather. As weather can change at any time and not be favourable on your chosen event date. In case of non-favourable weather events will remain at said rate of buyout package, floor plans remain same and will limit space, tent rentals may be consideration for outside space buyouts as weather cannot be forecasted and space cannot be flexible on ½ buyouts. 

  • A minimum spend might be required for your booking. This includes food, wine, and drinks consumed on site. If your group does not meet this minimum spend, the shortfall will be added as a room fee on your final bill.

    • All minimum spends are subject to 5% GST and 20% gratuity

    • Rates vary by season, day of the week, and may be higher on holidays and long weekends. Please contact our event manager for precise pricing.

    • Only on-site food, wine, and drinks count toward the minimum spend. Off-sales, gift cards, and takeaway items do not contribute.

  • The restaurant comes “as is” and any other rental equipment (tents, special tables, and chairs, etc) will be charged accordingly and are not provided by the restaurant. Any rental items must be approved.

  • Menus are selected and curated by situation. We can accommodate custom-curated small bites, buffets or sit-down dinners based on your vision. 

    We require a final guest count and all menu choice 2 weeks prior to all private events & buyouts (7 days prior to all group bookings).

  • Private Booking (full buy-out)

    • The entire venue is closed to the public, giving your group exclusive use of every area—including the mountain view patio, dining room, and bar.

    • This option is always subject to a minimum food & beverage spend, which varies depending on the date and day of your event.

    Group Booking (or Half Buyout)

    • Reserved tables in the restaurant are set aside for your group dinner, but the restaurant remains open to the public.

    • Please note that in most half buyout scenarios, your guests will be seated at dinner tables upon arrival, and there is no designated space for standing cocktails.

  • Standard GST (5%) as well as a 20% gratuity are not factored into the buyout rate and will be charged additionally. Themed setups will be additional and charged accordingly. The buyout rate includes all food and beverage consumed up to the buyout amount. 

    All other consumption is charged additionally and will be charged applicable tax and gratuity. If the minimum is not met, the balance will be charged as a room fee, gratuity will be based on the buyout price if the minimum is not met. 

  • A signed contract and online credit card authorization are required to complete any group event booking. All events are one bill ONLY, if this is not possible we are happy to split the bill into equal payments. The final bill must be paid in full on the day of the event with on-site payment, we do not invoice. Payment can be made by cash, Debit, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. 

    • For Large groups: $300 non-refundable deposit must be processed to secure the booking. 

    • For Private Venue events: 30% non-refundable deposit will be automatically processed 60 days before the event. 

  • Events cancelled with less than the required notice, are subject to full cancellation charges and any deposit would be forfeited. 

    Private Venue 

    • Events can be cancelled without penalty up to 61 days before the event. 

    • Cancellation within 61 days incurs full cancellation charges and forfeiture of the 30% deposit. 

    • Events may be postponed up to 61 days before the event, transferring the deposit to the new date. 

    • It’s the client’s responsibility to provide ample notice of any cancellation or postponement. 

    Group Bookings (Events NOT subject to a minimum spend.) 

    • Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 7 days before the event. 

    • Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a charge equal to 100% of the set menu price for the reserved number of guests. 

    • In case of a government-mandated shutdown, these cancellation penalties are waived. 

    • A final guest count is required 14 days prior to any private event (7 days for group bookings). After this time you will be charged the price of the menu for any ‘no shows’. 

    • Menu choices will need to be finalized at this time as well. In the event of any last minute cancelations, you will be charged the price of the menu for the reserved number of guests. 

    • For group reservations, there is a 30-minute grace period. If the group is more than 45 minutes late, they will be considered a ‘no show’ and charged accordingly.

    • In cases where bills are separated, if the overall minimum spend isn’t achieved, the host will be responsible for covering the shortfall.

    • Minimum spend rates for the Private Venue remain fixed even if Provincial public health measures limit features or capacity. It is the client’s responsibility to stay informed about current regulations.

    • If a government-mandated shutdown of in-person dining occurs, the deposit will be refunded regardless of timing.

    • The client is responsible for any damages to Crazyweed property or any injuries to staff/guests caused by the client or their guests.

    • Please note: verbal or physical abuse toward our staff will not be tolerated.
